(T26) Provision of System Enhancement, IT Maintenance and Technical Support to End Users
Responsibilities:
(T26) - Collect user requirement for enhancement; - Supervise developers to complete system enhancement and to develop application system patches; - Assist user representatives to complete User Acceptance Test; - Maintain & update the system documentations such as user manual; - Provide end user training; - Work with teams to recover system service due to the occurrences of system interruptions; - Work with user representatives to identify functions which can facilitate end user operations and improve clinical service; - Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor; - The normal working hours (Mon, 9:00 - 18:00, Tue - Fri, 9:00 - 17:45); and - Occasionally work at irregular hours may be required.
Requirements:
i) Degree holder or above in Computer Sciences / Information Technology or related discipline
ii) Minimum 5 years post-qualification information technology experience in which at least 1 years in a similar post and in a comparable capacity
iii) Hands-on experience in Open Source Software (e.g. JBoss, Tomcat & Apache, Java, React, etc)
iv) Solid experience in JAVA application framework (e.g. Spring, etc.), deployment scenario and database technologies (such as Oracle)
v) Experience with government standards and processes would be advantage
vi) Strong problem solving and analytical skill
vii) Excellent spoken and written level in both English and Chinese languages; and
viii) Responsible, pro-active, independent and able to work under pressure.
