Job nature:
(T26) To provide on-going maintenance support and system enhancement for IT systems of Communicable Disease Branch of Department of Health (DH)

Responsibilities:
(T26) Responsible for system support, maintenance and enhancement of in-house application systems for Communicable Disease Branch. The duties include to:
(a) perform problem diagnosis and program fixing
(b) perform physical design and specify program components for system enhancements
(c) prepare and conduct system testing
(d) produce system documentation
(e) supervise analyst programmers to perform program development and system testing
(6) perform on call support duty; and
(7) perform tasks as assigned by supervisor. Normal Working Hours: Mon: 0900-1800; Tue-Fri: 0900-1745

Requirements:
The candidate must have:
(1) Experience in SOAP/XML web services, MySQL and system interface design and implementation
(2) Good knowledge of web based architectures; and
(3) Follow prevailing infection control measures as required by the government.
