Responsibilities:
(T26)
(a) provide maintenance support for domain servers and Zenworks for StdHS
(b) provide enhancement and maintenance support for PSS
(c) provide enhancement and maintenance support for the StdHS websites
(d) assist in planning and monitoring the New Platform of Whole School Health Programme; and
(e) provide technical support for StdHS's GOA workstations.
Requirements:
A Category 3 Contract Systems Analyst is required to render support on the IT infrastructure of the facilities. Apart from the named facilities, the CSA shall also take care of Software and Asset Management (SAM) and Patch Management (PM) developed under Zenwork, Anti-virus system Symantec Endpoint Protection. The CSA has to participate in activities for maintenance work and enhancement work including coordination amongst different stakeholders and procurement of services etc.
