Job nature:
(T26) Provide on-going support for end user query system and statistical analysis system

Responsibilities:
(T26)
1. To collect user requirements and conduct system analysis and design for the systems
2. To lead subordinates to provide on-going support services for the enhancement requests from users
3. To coordinate with various parties in conducting system tests, load tests, resilience tests, backup and recovery tests for the systems
4. To support the disaster recovery drill for the systems
5. To prepare system documentation, such as program specifications and other documents, for the on-going maintenance of the systems; and
6. To perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
The candidate should have solid experience in
1. SAS
2. DB2
3. SQL programming
4. data modelling
5. data management; and
6. system implementation and maintenance/support. The candidate is required to
1. provide on-call support services
2. occasionally work in non-office hours including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays
3. work independently; and
4. carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).
