Responsibilities:
(T26) His / her duties are:
1. to lead Helpdesk team in providing helpdesk service to computer end users
2. to assist in providing technical advices to users on procurement of hardware and software items, and development of website and end-user programs
3. to assist in coordinate the training courses for departmental users
4. to coordinate the user support activities and software asset management activities; and
5. to manage the iOS devices.
6. to manage Retrospect backup software.
7. to carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
The staff is required to have at least 5 years past working experience in the bureaux or departments of Hong Kong Government.
