Job nature:
(T26) This position will actively participate in the implementation and enhancement of systems of PHLSB and FPS. Besides, this position will maintain and support the existing Laboratory Information Systems (LISs) of PHLSB and other IT systems.

Responsibilities:
(T26)
1. Coordinate with end users of PHLSB and FPS for system implementation
2. Support the workflow of the re-engineering process
3. Organise and monitor vendors in system implementation
4. Maintain documentation and align with government standards
5. Facilitate the implementation wherever necessary, including data conversion
6. Manage vendor implementation of the external interface
7. Involve in Quality Assurance
8. Coordinate for and conduct system testing and training
9. Provide administration, maintenance and support to LIS; and
10. Any other tasks assigned by the Department of Health.' Normal working hours: Mon - Fri: 9:00 - 17:48

Requirements:
1. Minimum 4 years experience in a medical IT environment, especially in Laboratory Information System (LIS)
2. Solid experience in requirement gathering, design and testing for large-scale application systems
3. Experience in web-based application implementation
4. Experience with government standards and processes
5. Experience in vendor management
6. Experience in robotics or AI solutions would be an advantage
7. Fluent in English and Chinese communication; and
8. Self-motivated, working independently and under pressure.
