Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:
(T26) Carry out activities of system development lifecycle to collect user requirements, analyse system functions, develop and maintain systems, conduct testing and data conversion, provide end-user support/training and perform system documentation; Provide on-going support to IT systems and implement system enhancements upon user requests; Co-ordinate users and stakeholders of projects and/or systems assigned; Evaluate and design Generative AI integration strategies (e.g., RAG, Agent workflows) for existing Java/React applications to automate complex process logic, such as report generation and data analytics; Analyse existing business workflows and formulate practical AI adoption strategies to improve operational efficiency; Provide on-call support for urgent production system incidents during non-office hours; and Undertake any other duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:
Have a Bachelor degree or above in Information Technology / Computer Science or related discipline; At least 5 years' experience in JAVA Programming; At least 3 years' experience in React, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS and jQuery; At least 3 years' experience in Oracle and MySQL; Practical understanding of mainstream Generative AI technologies and LLM APIs (e.g., DeepSeek, Qwen and Gemini); Hands-on experience or familiarity with AI orchestration/workflow platforms (e.g., Dify, RAGFlow, n8n, or Open WebUI) is highly preferred; Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts and document automation is an advantage; Good command of both English and Chinese (written and spoken); Good communication skills; and Good interpersonal and analytical skills
