Job nature:
(T26) - Devise project plans and provide technical expertise and support for management and implementation of IT projects/initiatives of the Government Property Agency (GPA) which include, but are not limited to, web portals, workflow management/case processing systems, IT security assessment and system improvement, AI-related initiatives of GPA - Provide technical expertise and advice for the daily IT operations as well as system maintenance and support services for IT systems in GPA

Responsibilities:
(T26) To perform overall management and quality assurance of IT projects/initiatives which include, but are not limited to, the following tasks and responsibilities: - performing overall project planning of IT projects/initiatives for GPA; - overseeing project management, monitoring project progress and contractor performance in IT project implementation and system operation; - performing quality assurance on project deliverables to assure their quality and compliance with Government standards; - liaising and coordinating among GPA users, consultants, contractors and other relevant parties throughout IT project implementation; and - reporting project progress.

Requirements:
Must have: - a minimum of 2 years' experience in a capacity comparable to Project Manager for IT projects; - a minimum of 2 years' experience in Working with/in the HKSAR Government in relation to IT projects; - a minimum of 2 years' experience in Project Management; - a minimum of 2 years' intensive experience in Managing Government Projects; - a minimum of 2 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support; - a minimum of 2 years' experience in Document Flow/Workflow Management System; - attained Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification for a minimum of 2 years; and - with good command of English and Chinese. Priority will be given to candidates with business knowledge in areas related to property management, tenancy management or estate surveying.
