(T26) IT systems operation support, maintenance and enhancements

Responsibilities:
(T26) Normal Working Hours: Mon 9:00 - 18:00, Tue - Fri: 9:00 - 17:45
(a) To provide technical support to enhancements of Medical Device Information System (MDIS), including programming, testing, data conversion and bug fixing
(b) To perform code review and provide technical advice to enhance system robustness and stability
(c) To elicit user requirements and liaise with contractor to complete changes and enhancements
(d) To provide ongoing support to MDIS in production
(e) To coordinate and provide support for adoption of centralised services of DPO
(f) To carry out other IT related duties as and when required; and
(g) To work in non-office hours as and when required.

Requirements:
(1) Strong sense of responsibilities, and good analytic, presentation & liaison skills
(2) Solid experience in developing web-based applications using JAVA
(3) Solid experience in programming with database, such as MariaDB
(4) Solid experience in user requirement elicitation and analysis
(5) Able to work with business end users and multiple technical parties
(6) Solid experience in using Angular, Spring framework, AsposeTotal for JAVA, Kendo UI and iText is preferred; and
(7) Solid experience in using Government Cloud Infrastructure Service (GCIS) is preferred.
