Job nature:
(T26) Provide IT support and enhancements for website and Internet-facing IT systems

Responsibilities:
(T26) Normal Working Hours: Mon 9:00 - 18:00, Tue - Fri: 9:00 - 17:45
(1) Provide ongoing support to Medical Device Information System (MDIS) and other related IT systems
(2) Provide technical support on IT problem analysis, bug fixing, testing, enhancements and deployments
(3) Provide technical support on networking and file servers
(4) Provide user support on Office Automation (OA) matters; and
(5) Others as assigned by duty supervisors.

Requirements:
(1) Strong sense of responsibilities, good presentation and liaison skills
(2) Able to work in a diversified and dynamic team environment
(3) Solid experience in developing web-based applications using Java and SQL
(4) Solid experience in technical and operational support for IT systems
(5) Solid experience in OA support and user support
(6) Project experience in IT system using Government Cloud Infrastructure Service (GCIS)
(7) May be required to work in non-office hours; and
(8) Good knowldege in application of DPO centralised services is preferred.
