Job nature:
(T26) Provide IT support for Internet-facing IT systems and enhancements

Responsibilities:
(T26) Normal Working Hours: Mon 9:00 - 18:00, Tue - Fri: 9:00 - 17:45
(1) Conduct market research and resource estimation for implementation of IT system(s)
(2) Coordinate contractors to conduct various IT activities, monitor contractors' progress and take corrective actions in case of deviation
(3) Support procurement of IT products and services
(4) Support setup and maintenance of development, testing and production environments using Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS)
(5) Provide ongoing support to IT systems, including problem identification and fix, change management, operation support and capacity planning
(6) Collect user requirements, perform system analysis & design, and participate in application development for application enhancements; and
(7) Others as assigned by duty supervisors.

Requirements:
(1) Strong sense of responsibilities, good presentation and liaison skills
(2) Solid experience in developing web-based applications
(3) Solid experience in programming with database and database tuning
(4) Solid experience in user requirement elicitation and analysis
(5) Able to work in a diversified and dynamic team environment
(6) May be required to work in non-office hours
(7) Project experience in IT system using Government Cloud Infrastructure Service (GCIS); and
(8) Solid experience in mobile-friendly web application development is preferred.
