Job nature:
(T26) This is a CSSA position responsible for supporting the system implementation of on-premises solution of Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) applications and operating multiple centralised big data platforms, including Chatbot-as-a-Service. The position is required to manage the security, cloud resources, infrastructure and performance of the platforms to facilitate adoption by Government bureaux and departments (B/Ds) and ensure smooth operations of the platforms.

Responsibilities:
(T26) The successful applicant will be required: - To work in team for the design, enhancement, testing, maintenance and administration of Gen AI applications and Chatbot-as-a-Service. - To assist his/her supervisors in managing contractor(s) for implementing, enhancing, maintaining and supporting Gen AI applications and Chatbot-as-a-Service. - To provide technical support to Government B/Ds for the adoption of Gen AI, chatbot, AI and big data analytics technologies. - To design, setup, administrate and support public and private cloud resources for deployment and operation of Government systems. - When necessary, the CSSA is required to provide both technical and administrative support related to the project after normal office hours for special events, fire-fighting and urgent deployment of services, etc.

Requirements:
1. Possess solid knowledge and experience on maintaining and supporting Gen AI applications and Chatbot-as-a-Service
2. Possess solid knowledge and experience on managing cloud resources in public cloud platform, and Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS) including Diversified Cloud Infrastructure (DCI)
3. Possess solid knowledge and experience on installing and managing the following environment and tools: - Linux - JupyterHub - RStudio - MySQL
4. Possess basic knowledge in Container technology, such as Kubernetes
5. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Hard working and self-motivated with good working attitudes
7. Can work independently; and
8. Have at least 5 years of experience on system development and deployment on clouds.
