Job nature:
(T26) - Operation support of IT infrastructure, Government Office Automation (GOA) systems, websites, computer systems, related IT projects (including enhancement or revamp of existing systems, implementation of new systems) and conducting IT security risk assessment and audit exercises for CMAB - Implementation of outsourced IT projects hosted on Government Cloud services

Responsibilities:
(T26) - To take part in all stages of IT projects, including system analysis and design, implementation, system test, user acceptance test, system nursing, and maintenance - To conduct procurement of hardware, software and related services, including preparing work assignment brief, proposal evaluation, etc. - To monitor project progress and performance of contractors - To monitor system usage and provide system and network infrastructure support services to CMAB - To provide technical support and consultancy advice on the use of information technology in meeting business objectives of CMAB - To provide support services to and perform web accessibility checking of the websites of CMAB - To develop housekeeping jobs for security control, system and data backup, and media management purposes - To troubleshoot and resolve the technical problems of the IT systems and information security incidents in CMAB - To implement IT security risk assessment and audit projects for CMAB - To update and maintain inventory records, perform physical checks and maintain procedure manuals and documentation - To oversee the compliance of IT systems with government regulations, policies, guidelines and industry standards - To provide services, upon request, at remote offices or other locations on any days including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays outside normal business hours occasionally - Any other duties which may be assigned for achieving project objectives

Requirements:
- Solid knowledge and experience in the design, implementation and support of network infrastructure - Solid experience in administration of network products (e.g. Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, Huawei preferable with related certification) and network management tools - Solid experience in security risk assessment and audit exercise - Knowledge of Government IT security policy and regulations - Complete understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, and other system protocols, as well as messaging security - Solid experience in the implementation and support of server virtualization solution - Practical experience in email administration and Windows environment, including Microsoft Active Directory Administration, Microsoft Exchange and File Server System - Experience in GOA applications, such as Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP), Government Confidential Mail System, Open Source Departmental Portal, e-Leave, remote access solution, and applications on Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS) platform - Experience in the implementation of remote access solution in particular the SSL VPN - Experience in building integrated multi-services network infrastructure and endpoint detection response solution would be an advantage - Experience in system integration and monitoring of outsourced projects - Priority would be given to candidates who possess the following professional certificates: Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation version 4 or above
