Job nature:
(T26) Application development and UAT support for the enhancements related to the Policy Address and Budget Change projects for the taxation systems; and Ongoing maintenance and production support of the taxation systems.

Responsibilities:
(T26)
(1) Conduct system analysis and design, development and implementation of functions for the taxation systems
(2) Supervise programmers in performing application developments and providing support to the production operations
(3) Prepare documentation for system enhancements
(4) Prepare and conduct system tests and user acceptance tests; and
(5) Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
Solid hands-on experience in:
(1) implementation of application systems
(2) leading programmers for application developments
(3) Java programming and various Java frameworks (e.g. Spring)
(4) JavaScript programming; and
(5) supporting taxation related applications. Work after office hours is required occasionally.
