Responsibilities:
(T26) - Provide on-site support - Perform computer operation activities - Perform patching deployment, system monitoring and backup - Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by supervisors and the management of ITMD of Labour Department - May work in various locations, including Eastern, Central and Western district, and any other area in Hong Kong - May be redeployed to provide IT support for other divisions/systems/projects in the future
Requirements:
- Must have experience in PC LAN Support - Must have experience in Windows 7/8/10 - Must have experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 - Work experience in Networking is desirable - Work experience in Internet Firewall Technical Support is desirable - Work experience in System Backup Operation is desirable - Work experience in the Government is desirable - Working Hours: 44 hours gross per week - Normally Mon to Fri 09:00-17:48; Shift duty (Morning/Evening shift) and/or work on Saturday will be required if necessary - Interview will be conducted in both Cantonese and English - Written test may be required during the interview
