(T26) Support the contract administration and the procurement of the Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS)

Responsibilities:
(T26) This post is responsible for supporting the GCIS project and contract administration of the GCIS contract. The job duties include: - Provide support in the day to day project administration and contract administration of GCIS - Assist in the inventory management of hardware and software components for GCIS - Monitor and track records for WAN connection services and maintenance services for upcoming renewals - Coordinate with and oversee the GCIS contractor to prepare documentation deliverables - Assist in the market research, preparation of procurement documents, and acceptance of new equipment and services for GCIS - Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in cloud computing technologies including server virtualization required - Experience in contract administration required - Knowledge and experience in preparation of procurement documents - Knowledge and experience in verification of documentation deliverables of the contractors - Strong analytical mind and problem solving techniques - Competent communication skills (both of verbal and writing) and interpersonal techniques - Knowledge and experience in Storage Area Network and IT security is an advantage - Knowledge and experience in government procurement procedures preferred - Knowledge and experience in inventory management preferred - Written test may be arranged during interview
