Systems Analyst

Job nature:
(T26) Provide network and technical support for IT systems and network infrastructure of IPD.

Responsibilities:
(T26) The appointed staff is required to: - support the network/system design, implementation, management and administration; - support the network infrastructure, and network related issues relating to backend servers and end-user devices (e.g. desktop computers, notebook computers and mobile devices); - liaise with different parties including end users and contractors when required; and - perform any other duties assigned by his/her supervisors.

Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years' IT experience with 3 years' experience in the capacity of Systems Analyst - Must have hands-on experience in PC LAN Support - Must have hands-on experience in LAN/WAN networking and network device management - Must have experience working with/in the Government - Desirable to have experience in IT security, and familiar with Government IT security policies and guidelines - Desirable to have hands-on experience in Windows & Linux servers / VMware virtualization and PC management - Desirable to have site preparation experience Other requirements: - Good communication skill and customer service skill - Required to work outside office hours when necessary Remark: Interview will be conducted in both Cantonese and English
