Job nature:
(T26) - Enhancement, maintenance and support for a web-based and mobile application in Housing Department.

Responsibilities:
(T26) The CSA will be responsible for:
1. To participate in the implementation and enhancement projects for the web-based and mobile application including requirements collection, system analysis and design, application development, testing and program deployment, etc.
2. To lead programmers for providing enhancement, maintenance and support services.
3. To liaise with end users and internal IT support teams for project implementation and maintenance support services.

Requirements:
1. Proficient in web and mobile application development using J2EE and Oracle database.
2. Good analytical, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
3. Hand-on experience on open source tools (Eclipse, Jenkins, Apache JMeter, Gitea) is an advantage.
4. Works under minimal supervision and performs duties independently.
