(T26) - Digital Public Engagement & Clean Shorelines Initiatives: Enhancing digital outreach for Clean Shorelines initiatives through website maintenance, social media content generation, multimedia processing, and exploration/application of innovative AI technologies. - IT Infrastructure & System Support: Assisting in the hardware/platform operation for the Online Marine Refuse Management System (OMRMS) and other IT systems, as well as providing general operational, server, and network support.

Responsibilities:
(T26) To perform the duties as stated below during office hours normally.
1. To prepare, format, and upload digital content for the Clean Shorelines website and related social media platforms
2. To prepare, edit, and integrate multimedia content (e.g. video editing, graphics); explore and apply innovative digital tools and AI applications to enrich public engagement and administrative workflows
3. To provide technical and administrative assistance (e.g., hardware setup, user testing, data entry) during the development and operation of the OMRMS
4. To assist in basic computer system setup, general IT troubleshooting, user account administration, and routine backup/restoration for Section 5's server systems
5. To assist in software/hardware installation and provide general administrative support to OMRMS and other IT systems.

Requirements:
1. An accredited associate degree from a Hong Kong tertiary institute, or a higher diploma from a Hong Kong polytechnic/ polytechnic university / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / technical college, in Information Technology; or a degree awarded by an overseas education institution to a Hong Kong resident, equivalent or above
