Job nature:
(T26) System maintenance, enhancement and development of the projects under Government Human Resources Management Services (GovHRMS), including staff appraisal system and other staff information system

Responsibilities:
(T26) - Assist supervisor in development and implementation of new and existing applications including prototype development, coding, system integration, user acceptance tests. - Assist supervisor in wider rollout of appraisal system to B/Ds - Carry out system maintenance and other IT related activities such as Load Test, deployment and health check. - Carry out any other duties as assigned by the line management.

Requirements:
- Has solid experience in Java-based web-application development/implementation with workflow and JBoss technique. - Experience in development under Spring Framework, Hibernate, J2EE and MySQL will be advantage. - Experience in development of Human Resource system for the Government, especially staff appraisal system or system for promotion exercise, is definite advantage. - Practical experience in development of web-application under Government Cloud environment such as GCIS and EGIS. - Preferably having the following technical skill set: DBeaver, SVN, Git, intelliJ, JasperReports, SQL scripting, AJAX, jQuery, Bootstrap, Web Service and Linux Shell scripting.
