Analyst Programmer

Responsibilities:
(T26) Normal working hours: Mon 9:00 - 18:00, Tue to Fri 9:00 - 17:45
1. Perform maintenance support works of several production systems, which covers, - sites located at Lam Tin and Kwai Chung, and hosting on Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS); - approx. 100 production servers; - approx. 2,000 end users; and - approx. 150 remote client sites.
2. Perform support and administration work of network components such as routers, switches, firewalls, IDS, and server components such as Linux
3. Assist in preparation of technical specifications, procurement and deployment of IT equipment
4. Provide user support on technical matters and on-site support
5. Assist in project management and vendor management
6. Perform on-site support works in locations including clinic and Public Mortuary
7. Provide system support and on-call standby outside normal working hours when required and subject to business needs; and
8. Any other tasks assigned by his / her supervisor.

Requirements:
1. Strong team player and capable to work under pressure independently and proactively
2. Experience in Cisco and Huawei network equipment
3. Experience in firewall and IDS administration
4. Experience in end user support, system and network support; and
5. Good problem solving, analytical and communication skills.
