Job nature:
(T26) Responsible for the full software development lifecycle of Customer-Centric e-Platform, including requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Key projects involve the Maintenance Job Management System, Client Portal, Vehicle Procurement Portal, Statutory Certificates Monitoring System and Quotation Memo Generation System.

Responsibilities:
(T26) A. Gather, analyse, and translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications, user stories, wireframes, and functional workflows; B. Collaborate closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to design and deliver fit-for-purpose IT solutions
C. Evaluate system performance to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines
D. Investigate user-reported issues, triage bugs, and formulate enhancement requests; E. Develop user guides, reports, and training materials to drive system adoption; F. Prepare and conduct briefing and training sessions on IT systems; G. Provide helpdesk support, vendor coordination, and ongoing stakeholder communication; and H. Perform any other assigned IT services or tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements:
A. Bachelor&;#8217;s degree in computer science or a related field; B. 3 years or above hands-on experience in IT application development of which 2 year must be in similar post
C. 1 year or above on experience on government-related projects is preferred
D. Knowledge on Agile methodologies (Scrum) and tools (Azure) is required; E. Solid experience in designing large-scale web and/or mobile application systems; F. Solid experience in utilizing UI design tools such as Figma and Moqups; G. Solid business analysis experience in large scale projects; H. Strong commitment to project deadline and delivering high quality work
I. Good writing, communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese; J. Creative, analytical, self-initiative, responsible and well-organised; and K. Satisfactory result in the written test on the interview day.
