Job nature:
(T26) Responsible for the full software development lifecycle of Customer-Centric e-Platform, including requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Key projects involve the Maintenance Job Management System, Client Portal, Vehicle Procurement Portal, Statutory Certificates Monitoring System and Quotation Memo Generation System.

Responsibilities:
(T26) A. Assist in system analysis & design, carry out implementation, documentation, report generation, testing and maintenance of various management systems; B. Design and implement client-side features for web applications using Angular and HTML5, including view models, data binding and local storage
C. Develop, enhance and maintain microservices using Node.js (NestJS) and RabbitMQ
D. Perform database design, programming, performance tuning, system administration and maintenance using MVVM design; E. Evaluate and inspect hardware, software, and prepare technical proposals of IT equipment and services; F. Update system design documents, operation procedures, system configuration documents, drill plans, contingency plans and other technical documents.; G. Provide application support and perform compatibility tests on web browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Mircosoft Edge, Safari; H. Provide technical support services including liaison with users and vendors, monitoring, repairing, recovering systems, as well as training and helpdesk support to contractors and business stakeholders
I. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time; and J. Perform other IT services or tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
A. Bachelor&;#8217;s degree in computer science or a related field; B. 3 years or above hands-on experience in IT application development of which 2 years must be in similar post
C. 1 years or more on experience on government-related projects is preferred
D. Solid experience in web application systems using HTML5, Angular; E. Solid experience in developing microservices-based applications using Node.js (Nest.js, Express); F. Knowledge on Agile methodologies (Scrum) and tools (Azure, GitLab) is required; G. Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: TypeScript or JavaScript; H. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Jenkins) is a strong plus
I. Experience in working with NoSQL Databases (e.g., MongoDB) is a strong plus; J. Experience in working with Message Queue (e.g., RabbitMQ) is a strong plus; K. Experience in mobile development (e.g., Flutter) is also a strong plus
L. Good knowledge and experience in system design and database design
M. Strong commitment to project deadline and delivering high quality work; N. Experience in web application deployment procedures, source code revision control, issues management is a plus; and O. Satisfactory result in the written test on the interview day.
