(T26) Email System Support, Administration and Enhancement

Responsibilities:
(T26)
(a) Client rollout and mailbox data conversion to Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP) for HD email users
(b) On-going technical support of HD's Lotus Notes email systems including the supporting infrastructure
(c) On-going technical support of HD's Internet Email Gateway
(d) On-going technical support for communicating with Internet Mail Exchange (IMX) by DPO

Requirements:
(a) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent
(b) At least 6 years' post-qualification IT experience of which 3 years of mail support experience in system analyst role
(c) Experience in supporting client rollout of CMMP including mailbox data conversion
(d) Experience in supporting Lotus Notes/Domino version 9.0 or above at both client side and server side
(e) Experience in supporting Confidential Messaging Application (CMSG)
(f) Experience in supporting the interface between HD's departmental email system and Government Communication Network(GCN)
(g) Experience in supporting the interface between HD's departmental email system and Internet Mail Exchange (IMX) service
