Job nature:
(T26) To assist the Judiciary in the implementation and the day-to-day maintenance and administration of the IT infrastructure and its services.

Responsibilities:
(T26) For this position, a Contract System Analyst is required to provide on-going support as well as implementation support for enhancing the IT infrastructure based on latest technology and requirements, such as Infrastructure as Code. The accepted candidate shall oversee the Judiciary IT systems to maintain a stable and flexible system environment on which the IT development of the Judiciary can be accommodated. The accepted candidate will also be responsible for performing planning, implementation and monitoring to protect the integrity, confidentiality and availability of the Judiciary systems and data. The accepted candidate is required to work with other team members to facilitate:
1. the maintenance of a up-to-date inventory of all hardware and software
2. monitoring of overall systems' healthiness
3. handling incidents and critical problems at non-office hours
4. leading the automation of support and operations workflow
5. conducting maintenance updates; and
6. preparing documentation.

Requirements:
Other than the requirements specified in the 'Technical' and 'Non-Technical' Requirement Sections below. The candidate shall hold a Higher Diploma or above. The candidate shall have knowledge and experience in administration, maintenance and support of IT infrastructure systems (servers and server virtualization). The candidate shall have knowledge and experience in working with Ansible Web eXecutable, Linux OS administration. Candidates who have knowledge and experience on the following products will be advantageous: - Terraform - Log Analysis Tool - Open source monitoring platform - Visualization platform - Cloud platform
