Job nature:
(T26) To assist the Judiciary in managing the system development projects and ongoing support duties of the application systems with public-facing services of the Judiciary.

Responsibilities:
(T26) The candidate would be responsible for leading a team to conduct the following activities :
(a) oversee the system development projects of the new systems according to the project plan
(b) provide ongoing support tasks of the production application systems, including scheduled/unscheduled maintenance outside normal office hours
(c) improve the security protection and performance of the public-facing services
(d) ensure the tasks are conducted in accordance with the relevant standards and guidelines
(e) perform quality check on deliverables developed by team members / vendors
(f) perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
The candidate shall fulfill the following requirements:
(a) have solid experiences in supporting enterprise application systems with public-facing services involving electronic payment services using the e-Payment Service of the Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (formerly known as the e-Government Infrastructure Services).
(b) possess knowledge in web application development using the latest technologies
(c) have solid experiences in leading a team to complete a full system development life cycle of enterprise application systems under service oriented architecture and provide ongoing support of the enterprise application systems
