1. Provide application system development to support operational needs
2. Provide ongoing maintenance and support for developed application systems and mobile applications
3. Conduct and/or supervise suppliers in carrying out Security Risk Assessment Audit (SRAA) and Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA), Disaster Recovery Plan, etc.
4. Work across all system infrastructure areas, including servers, storage, network, virtualization, security controls, disaster recovery, service level standards, system management, data centre services, etc.
5. Work closely with third party suppliers on the delivery of the digitization and innovation projects
6. Review contractual deliverables and perform acceptance testing for the system to ensure they fully comply with the relevant requirements, policies, standards, guidelines and best practices
7. Coordinate and monitor the performance of appointed suppliers and service providers.

Responsibilities:
(T26) A. Design and implement agentic AI solutions for business automation and intelligent decision-making, integrating with models such as Deepseek and Qwen; B. Develop and maintain various application systems, including but not limited to maintenance management, complaint handling, predictive analytics, and workflow optimization
C. Provide on-going maintenance and support for mobile applications, including deployment to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
D. Provide ongoing support to upgrade, enhance and maintain the IT infrastructure; E. Prepare and update system design documents, operation procedures, system configuration documents, drill plans, contingency plans, technical reports, user manuals, etc.; F. Communicate with IT management to review audit results, negotiate findings, and prepare final audit reports; G. Provide management information and technical advice, and recommend enhancement proposals to IT management for the computing environment; H. Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
i) Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Studies or related disciplines with at least 4 years of solid experience in IT application/system development
ii) Solid experience in IT application/system development. Proficiency in more than one of the following is an advantage: - Nest.js, Node.js, Python, Java - RabbitMQ, NGINX/Traefik/HA Proxy management - MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB in microservices environments - AngularJS, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript - Rook, Ceph, MinIO - Prometheus, Grafana
iii) Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in RESTful API design and implementation are a must
iv) Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes is a must
v) Strong knowledge and solid experience in Linux server administration are mandatory
vi) Hands-on experience with Deepseek and Qwen frameworks for agentic workflows is an advantage
vii) Hands-on expertise in predictive analysis using AI models (e.g., regression, time-series forecasting, classification) is definitely an advantage
viii) Experience in mobile app development (iOS/Android). Proficiency in one of the following is an advantage; - Flutter, React Native
ix) Experience in developing map-based applications using Map APIs is an advantage
x) Experience in VMware virtualization platform management and administration is an advantage
xi) Experience in Information security administration, including network security and LAN/WAN VPN, SDN, firewall administration is an advantage
xii) Strong commitment to meeting project deadline and delivering high quality work; and
xiii) Creative, analytical, self-motivated, responsible and well-organized.
