(T26) Implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System for The Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hong Kong

Responsibilities:
(T26) Assist internal Project Manager in managing the IT vendors to implement and support IT systems including progress monitoring and quality assurance to The Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hong Kong. Liaison with the vendor, IT and end-users for the smooth and effective system implementation and maintenance support Review IT and operation procedures, alert of any incompliance with government security policy/guidelines Provide risk assessment, alert and mitigation advice to the management and stakeholders Facilitate Change Request process includes the assessment of vendors' solution recommendation and effort estimation, prioritization with the hospital users

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
2. Minimum 6 year experience in IT system implementation, maintenance support
3. At least 4 years of Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) support experience, in which at least 2 years should work in hospital or clinical settings
4. There was successful implementation and maintenance support experience of clinical related system and integration with the related ERP system function
5. Solid experience in various aspects of system implementation and maintenance support
6. Experience of work with/in the Government for information system implementation
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with business stakeholders, IT teams and vendors
8. Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
