Job nature:
(T26) To assist the Judiciary in taking forward the design and development work for the implementation of projects under the IT Strategy Plan.
Responsibilities:
(T26) The candidate will be responsible for the
1) Business Analysis: - Gathering user requirements through structured meetings to ensure all needs are accurately captured; - Coordinating with the application team and/or end users to drive open action items to closure; - Conducting quality control inspections and testing to identify defects and non-conformities in applications; - Assisting in the development of test cases and participating in user acceptance testing, ensuring that all scenarios reflect business requirements; - Providing ongoing support to users, proposing effective solutions and making timely decisions to address challenges; - Create and maintain process documentation; - Preparing and writing relevant documentation, including test cases and operations documentation, to maintain clarity and transparency; and - Conducting user training and ensure users are equipped to effectively utilize the application.
2) Administration: - Follow up on work plans and project timelines; - Schedule and coordinate user meetings, ensuring all necessary participants are included; and - Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
3) Communication: - Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units; - Respond to inquiries and provide updates on project statuses; and - Facilitate effective communication among team members.
Requirements:
Other than the requirements specified in the 'Technical' and 'non-Technical' Requirement Sections below. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; - Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline; - Understanding of the full project management delivery cycle; - Experience in project coordination, demonstrating the ability to manage timelines and deliverables; - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to various stakeholders; - Initiative and ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion; - Strong logical thinking and business acumen; and - Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
