(T26) Maintenance Support for Corporate Identity Management Program (CIDMP)

Responsibilities:
(T26) - To manage the vendor for solving the reported problems and performing regular security patch update; - To perform periodic user account review and security log review; - To conduct annual Disaster Recovery Drill test; - To provide support to other IT project teams for Single Sign-On setup; - To coordinate with Security team for conducting Security Risk Assessment; - To provide trouble-shooting and monitoring of the system; and - To communicate with all levels and solve the technical problems in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of system or software support experience; - Working experience with/in Government Department; - Experience with Identity Management and Single Sign-On system/software; and - Strong problem solving skill.
