Job nature:
(T26) Administrate and enhance a web application system of the Quality Education Fund (QEF)

Responsibilities:
(T26)
(a) To administrate and monitor the enhancement of an existing web application system of QEF
(b) To coordinate business and technical requirements study, system analysis and design, implementation and integration of IT systems
(c) To perform quality assurance and verification of work and deliverables of the contractor
(d) To conduct system test, provide technical support and advice to users of IT systems and in IT activities; and
(e) To perform other duties related to IT matters as assigned.

Requirements:
(a) A Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer studies from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent
(b) At least 6 years of post-qualification relevant application development / maintenance experience of which a minimum of 4 years in web application system implementation / maintenance and 4 years in system analysis and design
(c) At least 1 year of post-qualification experience in information systems in schools / education sector
(d) Level 2 (Grade E before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent
(e) Effective verbal and written communication skills; and
(f) Possession of Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
