Job nature:
(T26) Provide implementation (including network upgrade/revamp) and on-going support to the Hong Kong Housing Authority (HA) network

Responsibilities:
(T26) - provide on-going support to HA network including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, management and monitoring various network devices and services (e.g. firewall, load balancer, Wi-Fi system and network switch/router); - assist in procurement, monitoring and management of outsourced contractors in network support and implementation; - provide technical advice to supervisor and management on matters relating to HA network; and - perform support tasks as designated by the supervisor.

Requirements:
- at least five years of proven working experience in the relevant function/specialty (i.e. implementation or on-going support of network); - at least one year of hands-on experience in technical support on virtual network for VMware NSX; and - at least five years of hands-on experience in technical support on firewall and network switch/router.
