Job nature:
(T26) To develop, enhance and support e-government services in connection with the Change of Address (COA), the iAM Smart services. The COA service allows public users to change the address records of various B/Ds and non-government organizations in one go. The iAM Smart initiative will support Hong Kong residents to use a single digital identity and authentication to conduct government and commercial transactions online.

Responsibilities:
(T26) The CSSA will be required to
1. perform analysis and design, program development, system enhancement and testing of the COA service in connection with iAM Smart
2. provide maintenance, troubleshooting, system monitoring, and technical support on the day-to-day operation of COA and related services
3. coordinate and work closely with government departments and other organizations to ensure smooth integration and operation of the enhanced COA service, including analysing user requirements, designing and implementing changes, supporting user acceptance test and coordinating the service rollout; and
4. perform other project related duties as designated by supervisors. The successful applicant will be required to work closely with related system project teams and government departments.

Requirements:
1. Candidate should possess experience in implementation of web-based online systems.
2. Candidate should possess solid IT application development skills using Javascript and Java Programming.
3. Candidate with experience in mobile app implementation is an advantage.
4. Candidate should have strong sense of analytical and problem solving skills.
5. Candidate should be hard-working and self-motivate with positive attitude.
6. Candidate should be a team-player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
