Job nature:
(T26) Development, maintenance and support of IT application systems in Hong Kong Housing Authority

Responsibilities:
(T26) - Participate in full system development life cycle including requirement collection, system analysis and design, application development, testing, deployment and project management for IT application systems; - Maintain and support various web based application systems in particular the e-learning system and the complaints and requests management system; - Ensure project deliverables are delivered on time and at an appropriate level of quality; and - Perform other administrative activities as when required.

Requirements:
- Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent; - Minimum 6 years of IT working experience with at least 3 years as System Analyst or similar capacity; - Minimum 3 years' solid experience in front-end and back-end Java application development such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Spring/EJB, etc. is a must; - Experienced in supporting cloud applications, in particular e-Learning system and complaints and requests management system is an advantage; - Experienced in using open source tools (e.g. JBoss, JQuery, Spring MVC, Hibernate, MyBatis, etc) for application development is preferred; and - Knowledge in configuration/automation tools (e.g. Gitea, Jenkins, Maven, Control-M, etc) is preferred.
