(T26) Implementation and support of Pilot Agentic AI Workspace (PAAIW) in the Government

Responsibilities:
(T26)
1. To manage and oversee the design, implementation and support of PAAIW
2. To monitor contractors' work and implementation schedule related to PAAIW, including system design, system implementation, client deployment, usage scenario development, training and rollout to B/Ds
3. To coordinate with users, contractors, project stakeholders and other related parties on the implementation of PAAIW
4. To coordinate with contractors in conducting security risk assessment and audit exercises
5. To coordinate with B/Ds on their PAAIW rollout and assist B/Ds in their preparation work
6. To facilitate and support B/D users in conducting testing and using PAAIW
7. To review contractors' deliverables and prepare management reports
8. To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:
1. Experience in system design, implementation, digital transformation, technical consulting or system administration, of which at least two years must be in a similar post or comparable capacity.
2. Experience in implementing and managing applications on cloud infrastructure.
3. Profound understanding with mainstream agentic AI technologies, generative AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), APIs and prompt engineering.
4. Hands-on experience in implementing or supporting information technology systems or digital tools.
5. Experience in managing the integration and deployment of government IT projects and systems is preferred.
6. Experience in implementing and deploying enterprise agentic AI application or agentic AI workspaces is preferred.
7. Proactive attitude, strong learning ability and keen interest in emerging AI technologies.
8. Ability to work closely with non-technical users and deliver practical solutions within a short timeframe.
9. Committed to execution and delivery
10. Experience on any of the following aspects would be advantage -
(a) professional project management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, CPMAI)
(b) Open WebUI, Dify, n8n, RAGFlow or Work Buddy
(c) DeepSeek, Qwen or other LLMs
(d) RAG, vector databases or knowledge management
(e) APIs, databases, Docker or cloud platforms
(f) AI agents, browser automation or desktop automation
(g) information security, data governance or responsible AI
(h) Proficiency in spoken Mandarin; and
(i) digital transformation projects in the Government or large organisations.
