Job nature:
(T26) Implementation and support of Pilot Agentic AI Workspace (PAAIW) in the Government

Responsibilities:
(T26)
1. To assist in the design, implementation, testing, deployment and support of PAAIW.
2. To support monitoring of contractors' work progress, implementation schedule and outstanding issues.
3. To liaise with B/D users, contractors and project stakeholders on implementation, use cases requirement collection, technical and operational matters.
4. To conduct system testing, including integration testing and user acceptance testing.
5. To assist B/Ds in deployment, user training and operational support.
6. To coordinate with contractors in conducting security risk assessment and audit exercises.
7. To maintain project records, issue logs, risk registers, meeting notes.
8. To review contractors' deliverables and prepare management reports
9. To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
1. Experience in system design, implementation, digital transformation or system administration
2. Experience in implementing and managing applications on cloud infrastructure.
3. Profound understanding with mainstream agentic AI technologies, generative AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), APIs and prompt engineering.
4. Hands-on experience in implementing or supporting information technology systems or digital tools.
5. Experience in managing the integration and deployment of government IT projects and systems is preferred.
6. Experience in implementing and deploying enterprise agentic AI application or agentic AI workspaces is preferred.
7. Proactive attitude, strong learning ability and keen interest in emerging AI technologies.
8. Ability to work closely with non-technical users and deliver practical solutions within a short timeframe.
9. Committed to execution and delivery
10. Experience on any of the following aspects would be advantage -
(a) Open WebUI, Dify, n8n, RAGFlow or Work Buddy
(b) DeepSeek, Qwen or other LLMs
(c) RAG, vector databases or knowledge management
(d) APIs, databases, Docker or cloud platforms
(e) AI agents, browser automation or desktop automation
(f) information security, data governance or responsible AI
(g) Proficiency in spoken Mandarin; and
(h) digital transformation projects in the Government or large organisations
