(T26) Maintenance and support services to various systems under Estate Management Division (EMD)

Responsibilities:
(T26) To provide maintenance and support services for various systems, applications and users. To review the requirement and justification of end-user IT product requests. To assist in procurement of IT equipment/services To carry out contract management.

Requirements:
Posses the following skills and hands-on experience: - Strong analytical and problem solving skills in business and technical aspects - Effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills - Familiar with SDLC cycle - Experience in working in government on procurement - Experience in vendor management - Experience in maintaining computer-aided design and drafting software tools and provision of end-user support is an advantage.
