(T26) Web-based application system for Transport Department

Responsibilities:
(T26) - To support the implementation/on-going maintenance/system enhancement of e-Services and related internal system and monitor the performance of external contractor. - To support the party on submitting real-time data to TD.

Requirements:
1 To support system implementation for delivering new/enhanced cross-boundaries applications/e-services and liaise with users on funding acquisition, requirements gathering, tendering management, acceptance testing and project management plus governance 2 To prepare and issue assignment brief for project implementation/enhancement and evaluation of proposal from vendors as well as monitor the performance of external contractors and perform quality review on the deliverables submitted by contractors 3 To liaise with parties concerned (including users, contractors, computer operators, etc.) for requirement, implementation and on-going activities support 4 Possess solid experience in implementing and supporting IT systems on Cloud Infrastructure (e.g. Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Container-as-a-Service (CaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and etc on Huawei cloud, GCIS DCI, GCIS). 5 Experience and exposure to enterprise application development, web application framework, database query, etc. 6 Possess knowledge and experience in implementing and supporting IT systems using Artificial intelligence (AI) like MaaS and AI tools to support design, prototyping or user research will be an advantage 7 Evaluate the technical feasibility of new IT initiatives 8 Possess experience and skills in design and support of IT web application systems using Enterprise Java application and modern web framework (i.e react.js) etc. and Python 9 Be a good team leader and player with competent communication in Putonghua and English and interpersonal skills.
