Job nature:
(T26) Provision of IT Maintenance and Technical Support to end users

Responsibilities:
(T26)
(a) To provide on-site first-line day-to-day operational and application support for over 100 computers and mobile devices across multiple DH offices in Wan Chai and Wong Chuk Hang
(b) To install, configure, and support desktop computers, notebook computers, mobile devices, and other peripherals
(c) To maintain inventory and timesheet records
(d) To assist in procurement exercise of IT equipment and to arrange maintenance renewals
(e) To provide both on-site and off-site guidance, testing, verification of system functions and user support on the use of software, hardware, and application systems, including but not limited to e-Forms, Healthcare Professions Information System (HPIS) and Registration Information System (RIS)
(f) To liaise with business users and project team members regarding deployment schedules and application changes
(g) To conduct on-site briefing session/demonstrations on new enhancements and/or changes of DH Systems
(h) To troubleshoot and diagnose problems within prescribed guidelines, and/or escalate to other technical resources as appropriate; and
(i) To perform other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:
i) Proficient in the control and operation of Windows and PC support services
ii) Proficient in MS Office
iii) Minimum 2 year post-qualification experience
iv) Proficiency in Chinese and English communication skills
v) Proficiency in keyboard input, Microsoft OS such as Windows 10 and Office software; and
vi) Occasionally work at irregular hours may be required
