Job Descriptions:

  • To advise on the identification, review, and career guidance of IT-related candidates in the public and banking sectors

  • Drafting job specifications, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the recruitment process with various stakeholders, salary negotiation

  • Maintain recruitment metrics and provide reporting to team head 

  • Establish innovative and effective talent sourcing strategies, to build the talent pipelines

  • Handle any other ad-hoc projects as assigned

  • 5-day work, with normal office working hours

Requirements:

  • Exposure to Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Sales, Business Development, HR, Banking or IT is a plus

  • Successful track record with solid customers service and relationship building

  • Good knowledge of HK recruitment market 

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Recruiter / Managing Consultant
