Job nature:
(T26) The CAP position is responsible for providing on-going support on a Government mobile application.

Responsibilities:
(T26) - Provide technical support on testing of mobile application on different platforms, including but not limited to iOS, EMUI and HarmonyOS NEXT. - Provide technical support on deployment of mobile application using Mobile Device Management (MDM) software. - Provide technical support on content management and maintenance of web-based information page. - Provide support on maintenance and administration of helpdesk system.

Requirements:
The proposed candidates must have: - Strong technical knowledge in relation to various IT aspects, such as mobile application testing, MDM software, content management, web programming and helpdesk system; - Relevant technical background and practical support on mobile application testing and deployment on iOS, EMUI and HarmonyOS NEXT platform; - Strong communication skills; - Experience in client support. The proposed candidates should preferably has: - Experience in cloud server management. - Experience in helpdesk call handling.
