Job nature:
(T26) This is a CSA position responsible for performing system maintenance and support, conducting quality assurance of project deliverables and monitoring outsourcing contractor performance for internal application systems of DPO.

Responsibilities:
(T26) - Oversee and monitor progress of system implementation, maintenance and support for outsourcing contractors; - Perform quality assurance on deliverables and service acceptance of outsourcing service contracts; - Provide application system development including feasibility study, design, procurement, programming, testing, system acceptance, maintenance and support; and - Liaise and coordinate with business users, IT teams, contractors and stakeholders for completing the above duties effectively and smoothly.

Requirements:
The candidates should:
1. be proficient in project implementation or maintenance involving the technical skills on: - Java web framework; - Hands-on experience in Java; - Oracle Database System; - System infrastructure such as networking and public key infrastructure; - Web Services; and - preferably, IT Security, HTML and Low-code application development.
2. possess knowledge and solid experience in: - Systems analysis and design; - Outsourcing and vendor management of sizable outsourcing project; - Quality assurance of application development and project deliverables; - preferably, prior experience on application of government standards and guidelines; and - preferably, prior experience in the Government project and ReactJS.
3. possess good communication and problem solving skills
