Job nature:
(T26) Support and enhance the APOLLO network systems at the DPO.

Responsibilities:
(T26)
1. Maintain and enhance the APOLLO network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wireless LAN, SSL VPN, NDR and related IT services and facilities.
2. Perform day-to-day operational support and system administration.
3. Provide related IT support to end users.
4. Travel occasionally to various DPO sites to provide network support as required.

Requirements:
The proposed candidates must have:
1. Strong technical knowledge, support and system management experience in enterprise-grade network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wireless LAN, SSL VPN, firewall and NDR.
2. Strong technical knowledge and support experience in enterprise grade high availability network services and the related network health monitoring and reporting systems. The following requirements are preferable:
1. Sound knowledge and experience in managing anti-virus, EDR and patch management systems.
2. Knowledge of IT security and hands-on experience implementing system security safeguards, including network security, network encryption and anti-APT (Advanced Persistent Threat) solutions.
3. Support experience in operating systems and environments, including Windows client / server platforms and mobile devices.
4. Qualifications such as CISSP, CISP or other cybersecurity certifications are advantageous.
