Job nature:
(T26) Deliver administrative and maintenance support for the APOLLO virtual server infrastructure and manage various endpoint systems at the DPO.

Responsibilities:
(T26)
1. Provide ongoing technical support and system administration for virtualization infrastructures based on VMware vSphere and the H3C Cloud Automation System (CAS).
2. Deliver user support for patch management, anti-virus services, and EDR solutions.
3. Provide administrative and helpdesk support for the software asset management system.
4. Participate in the design, production evaluation and implementation of new IT solutions to meet DPO business needs.
5. Travel occasionally to various DPO sites to provide systems maintenance support as required.

Requirements:
The proposed candidates must have:
1. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server, VMware vSphere, H3C Cloud Automation System (CAS), SAN storage, and Key Management Servers.
2. Technical knowledge and working experience with patch management system, anti-virus services, EDR solutions, and software asset management system are essential.
3. Familiarity with Huawei SAN products is essential.
4. Solid experience in managing virtual machine (VM) migrations from VMware to another platforms.
5. Hands-on skills to evaluate, design, develop, and test new IT initiatives for departments / organisations. The following requirements are preferred:
1. Support experience in Windows desktop, Windows Server and Linux Server environments.
2. Knowledge and experience in managing networks and wireless communications would be advantageous.
3. Solid experience in IT security and hands-on experience in implementing system security safeguards, including VM servers and virtualization platforms.
4. Experience in coordinating Security Audit exercises.
5. Experience in managing and supporting government systems / services.
6. Qualifications such as CISSP, CISP or other cybersecurity certifications are advantageous.
