Job nature:
(T26) Handle change requests for the APOLLO network and respond to network infrastructure enhancement within the DPO.

Responsibilities:
(T26)
1. Manage change requests for LAN, WAN, wireless LAN, VPN, network monitoring and other APOLLO provided IT services / facilities.
2. Collaborate with network contractors to implement network setups.
3. Coordinate with internal DPO stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of APOLLO, GNET, IBS, CMMP and cross-departmental networks.
4. Continuously enhance the DPO network infrastructure.
5. Travel occasionally to various DPO sites to provide network setup service as required.

Requirements:
The proposed candidates must have:
1. Strong technical knowledge and support experience in network system management, including Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), mobile communications, and SSL VPN.
2. Strong technical knowledge and support experience in enterprise-grade, high-availability network services, particularly in data center network design and architecture.
3. Familiarity with Huawei and Cisco network products is essential. The following requirements are preferred:
1. Sound knowledge and experience in managing Voice over IP (VoIP) systems.
2. Knowledge and experience in managing Software-Defined Networking (SDN) would be advantageous.
3. Familiarity with Cisco and Hillstone VPN design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
4. Knowledge and experience in managing VMware server virtualization would be advantageous.
5. Experience in network automation, set up and manage Certificate Authority (CA) administration, is advantageous
6. Solid experience in IT security and hands-on experience in implementing system security safeguards, including wireless LAN security, network encryption, and anti-APT (Advanced Persistent Threat) solutions.
7. Experience in managing and supporting government systems / services.
8. Qualifications such as CISSP, CISP or other cybersecurity certifications are advantageous.
