Job nature:
(T26) To provide day-to-day administration and technical support to the Government Office Automation (GOA) related systems and facilities in Hongkong Post.

Responsibilities:
(T26) The job duties requirements of the service are as follows:- a) To provide daily administration and technical support of DM application systems, which include but not limited to, User Directory Information Maintenance, EndPoint Protection, Windows Patching, Software Distribution, Remote Application Control and Computer Inventory Management for PC workstations in Hongkong Post b) To provide troubleshooting on various OA services
c) To support PC workstations in Hongkong Post, which includes performing on-site PC hardware installation/upgrade, OS image preparation and cloning, software or application programs installation, data migration and data erasure activities
d) To assist in relocation of PC and other IT equipment for redeployment, and update IT inventory after hardware upgrade, replacement or redeployment e) To assist in the implementation for various OA Projects such as market research, new solution evaluation, procurement, hand on implementation and documentation f) To prepare documents on support statistics and incident logging.

Requirements:
The support staff is required to: a) Experience in System Administration and Technical Support; and User Client support in technical aspect with Windows 10/11, Lotus Domino and Notes, Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP), Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025, Microsoft Active Directory, Trend Micro EndPoint Security, Acronis True Image, and backend server system support and troubleshooting is an advantage b) Good command of written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
c) Need to work in various location of HKP
d) Overtime and on-call work are required when necessary; and e) Criminal record check is required.
