Job nature:
(T26) Provide IT support to the Government Chinese Medicines Testing Institute (GCMTI) of Department of Health

Responsibilities:
(T26)
(a) Provide administrative and operational support to local and remote offices
(b) Provide helpdesk support to end users of OA equipment in GCMTI
(c) Provide support to end users of Lotus Notes, Confidential Messaging Application (CMSG), Mobile Workplace Service (MWS) services, Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP)
(d) Assist IT service deployment
(e) Maintain inventory list of hardware/software
(f) Deliver IT support on a shift basis to meet the business needs of GCMTI's operations and events; and
(g) Any other duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:
(a) Shall have knowledge in PC LAN support
(b) Shall have experience in supporting Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Windows 11
(c) Shall have solid experience in conducting migration of user profiles and data from PC to PC
(d) Shall have experience in providing operation support for both iOS and Windows platform
(e) Experience in handling user service call
(f) Good attitude, polite and self-motivated
(g) Familiar with government standards and procedures is desirable; and
(h) Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is desirable.
